For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email or phone.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Wrong Item
