1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

• Within Punjab: 2–3 working days

• Other Provinces: 3–5 working days
  Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or remote locations.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

5. Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed via phone call or SMS before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders may be delayed or cancelled.
